Create and Believe

At PLATI we believe that fashion must go far beyond the product. For us, dressing is a form of expression, identity and responsibility. Each piece we create is born with intention: to value those who wear it, respect those who produce it and protect the world where we exist. We believe in fashion made with calm, transparency and purpose, fashion that creates cycles instead of waste, and that accompanies stories instead of replacing them.

We produce locally, in small quantities, because we want to be close to the whole process and because we know that quality is born from attention. We choose more sustainable materials such as cotton, Portuguese factories and we work only with those who share the same values of ethics and respect. We want to grow, yes, but in an honest and sustainable way, and that’s why we invest in suppliers who treat people and materials with the dignity they deserve.

We stand for pieces that last, that gain life over time and that continue their journey through personalization, creativity and reuse. We created the possibility that when your PLATI reaches its “end of life”, after much use, it returns to PLATI so that we can give it a new life. We call this Circular Fashion, where the product returns to its original place. In return we give you a voucher to spend on a new PLATI, as a way of thanking you for taking care of your PLATI and the planet, sometimes it is enough to reinvent.

We are also working on the social aspect of our brand. We want to collaborate with projects and organizations that positively impact the community, but we make a point of doing it with truth, responsibility and purpose. We have not yet formally started these partnerships, but we are building the path for this to happen in a solid and meaningful way. For us, social impact is not marketing: it is Commitment.

PLATI exists to mark people, respect the planet and remind that fashion can be simultaneously beautiful, conscious and human. Each piece we create is an invitation to live with more authenticity, more intention and more connection to the world that inspires us, from the sea that surrounds us to the creativity that moves us every day.
