Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY - PLATI
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. This timeframe may increase during peak periods (e.g. launches, Black Friday, Christmas). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery times
The timeframes below start counting after the order has been shipped (they do not include processing time).
Mainland Portugal: 3 to 6 business days
Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5 to 10 business days
Spain: 4 to 7 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, holidays or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping methods
All orders are shipped via registered/express mail services from CTT or an equivalent carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
For orders of €100 or more, shipping to Mainland Portugal is free.
5. Incorrect addresses or return to sender
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address provided is correct.
If the order is returned to PLATI due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping will incur an additional cost.
6. Damage or issues upon delivery
If your order arrives damaged, opened or with signs of tampering, you must refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at costumercare@plati-standout.com
If you only notice an issue after receiving the order, please send us photos within 48 hours.
7. Orders not received
If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact us. An investigation will be opened with the carrier. Replacement or refund will only be possible after the investigation is concluded, in accordance with the carrier’s rules.
