Welcome to PLATI. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PLATI. PLATI uses Shopify technology, which enables us to provide these Services.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
PLATI uses Shopify technology to host and operate the website. Purchases are made directly from PLATI, and Shopify is not responsible for sales, deliveries, or disputes related to purchases.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data collected is processed according to our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and PLATI.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT
The customer may not assign their rights without prior written consent from PLATI.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of the Setúbal district, where PLATI is established.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance.
